Loopember sells music through one-time purchases.
Price and payment
Creem acts as Merchant of Record. The server calculates the price. Prices are final gross amounts in euros, and Loopember does not calculate VAT.
Delivery
Purchased music becomes available for download in the user account only after payment has been confirmed.
Purchase record
The purchase email and license proof together serve as the purchase record; no separate invoice document is issued.
Immediate performance
Checkout requires express consent to immediate provision and exclusion of the withdrawal right.
