Who provides your purchase

Matikus Lda operates Loopember and supplies the music and its non-exclusive product licence. For purchases completed through Creem, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller. Creem handles payment collection, applicable taxes and invoices under its buyer terms. Matikus handles delivery and product/licence support.

Your selection and payment

You can select individual tracks, track bundles or albums and review your selection in the cart before proceeding. These are one-time purchases, with no recurring charge. The cart applies available bundle pricing to your selected tracks. Only the tracks included in your purchase record form part of that purchase.

Storefront prices are displayed in EUR as gross consumer prices including applicable VAT. Digital delivery has no shipping charge. Creem shows the available payment methods, tax treatment and final amount before you place the binding order. Review these details and correct your selection or billing information before confirming payment. Contact us before completing payment if the displayed amount differs from your reviewed cart.

The Loopember button that continues to payment only takes you to Creem. Your binding purchase is made through the final payment confirmation in Creem's checkout, subject to its buyer terms. A pending Loopember order alone is not a confirmation that payment succeeded.

Digital delivery and requirements

Music is delivered as a download, not on a physical medium. Each purchased track is available in your account as a WAV file and an MP3 file of the same recording, and you choose the format for each download. You need internet access, enough device storage, and software able to download and play the chosen format. Preview clips are shorter than the purchased recordings.

After confirmed successful payment, the purchased music and licence proof become available in the account used for the purchase. Keep copies of your files, confirmation and licence proof. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, contact support with your order number. No separate shipping or activation payment is required.

Permitted uses and restrictions are set out in the music licence available before checkout. A purchase does not transfer exclusive rights. Changes to the public catalogue or later versions of these terms do not by themselves rewrite the licence terms recorded for an earlier purchase.

Purchase confirmation and invoice

Loopember sends an email containing the purchase details and the product terms, licence and immediate-supply consent recorded for the order. Save this email as your copy. Licence proof is also available from the order page in your account.

Creem supplies the payment confirmation and invoice. The Loopember licence proof documents the licensed music and is not a tax invoice. Contact Creem through its receipt/customer portal for invoice or payment-record questions; Loopember can help with product questions.

Withdrawal from a consumer purchase

Where you have a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days from conclusion of the contract without giving a reason. Tell Creem at support@creem.io by an unequivocal statement before the period expires; you may also contact Loopember for help. The model below is optional. This does not affect any longer right arising because required information was not supplied.

For paid digital music supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right is lost only when supply begins after your prior express consent to beginning within that period, your acknowledgement of the resulting loss, and provision of the legally required confirmation. The checkout checkbox records that consent and acknowledgement; ticking it alone does not remove your statutory rights for missing or non-conforming content.

Where a valid withdrawal applies, the seller must reimburse the payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. You must stop using the content supplied under the withdrawn purchase.

Statutory rights and rights claims

Consumers retain statutory rights when digital content is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, including where third-party rights prevent its agreed use. Depending on the legal conditions, remedies include bringing the content into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination and reimbursement. No additional commercial guarantee is offered in place of these rights.

A track may be temporarily restricted while a rights claim is assessed. An allegation alone is not a determination that the claim is valid, and a download restriction does not by itself cancel all rights under your purchase. We assess affected purchases and appropriate information and remedies, including where a track was bought in an album or bundle. Contact support with your order number and any claim notice; do not assume that a general notice settles your individual position.

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under the law applicable to your consumer purchase, including protections that cannot be waived in your country of residence.
